Nelson has worked in commercial sales and leasing since 1991. He has assisted numerous businesses and investors buy, sell and lease properties with his particularly perceptive market knowledge and far-reaching network of colleagues and clients. Nelson is highly active in commercial sales and leasing. He serves as the senior commercial member of our team.
Nelson spent fifteen years in sales and leasing and over ten years in general management. Currently, he is responsible for all corporate accounts, commercial marketing, and supervision of commercial sales and leasing associates. He is the primary recruiter for commercial associates, and an account representative for Admiral Development, a division of Admiral Corporation.
